Today's Topic of The Day

Chacha my amazing friends. Such Blessings it is to write another topic of the day for us to discuss.

How are you all doing? Hopefully you are all doing fine. Remember that there is an advice post where you can post in any concerns about any problem. I will be delightful to try and help.

Today's topic of the day can be quite debatable. Sorry I hope no one gets offended. My aim is to trust and get us discussing our opinions.

Today's topic is about Dieting. Is dieting ever right? 

Now that sounds random and kind of fweaky ( that is my own way of saying freaky )

What does that mean - is dieting ever right? 

In a society today,  we most admit most of us are pressured information doing things we don't really want to do. Dieting certainly comes under this topic. In society today it is all about looking fit, attractive, slim and all this and all that. Why?  Why is that? It makes me think and wonder whether it is right to diet for man sake. I recently read an article about a well known actress Julia roberts who had forced her sister to loose weight. Believe it or not her sister did surgery to remove the fats and she did something to her gastric band. Don't get me wrong I am not too sure what operation she did. All I know is that it was one harmful painful experience. Why?  What is the need of that. We are all beautiful the way we are. Beautiful and Amazing. I know that dieting is kind of really important because in society in today food is everywhere. We need to maintain our Health and body in order to keep fit and healthy. We shouldn't allow our fast junk foods to damage the bodies GOD Has given to us. In The Bible it even says that our Bodies should be A Temple for the Spirit. That we should Live Holy. Damaging our bodies wouldn't be right.  So I get the point why most of us diet. I wonder though.  Does our weight really matter. Shouldn't we concentrate on more important beneficial things, such as feeding the less fortunate. I mean,  I would rather give my money to charity than spending loads of money on slimming items such as weight watchers tablets. I mean this is only my opinion. I think that the better method of avoiding selfishness in eating too much is Fasting. That is the Perfect alternative.  So many Blessings come with Fasting . With Fasting you can avoid eating too much and spend that time in Prayers

With GOD. You can give the money that you could have spent on food to charity. So many good comes out from Fasting. Always Remember though ,the real intentions of Fasting. Don't make it to be like dieting to compulsory loose weight.
